National Assembly: revision and updating of the Charter of Patient's Rights and Duties

The Citizen Observatory for Health (OCS) and other civil society organizations - composed by Alliance for Health and PLASOC networks - carried out, on June 9th, 2022, an advocacy action that consisted of the submission of the request for Intervention by the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, Human Rights and Legality, of the National Assembly, to guarantee the revision and updating of the Charter of Patient's Rights and Duties Charter (CDDD), so that it becomes in a law.
